Refund policy


At Labadi Engineering we stand behind the quality of our excavators. Our warranty covers our machines for 2000 hours, and we offer a refund policy for engine, pump, and main parts only.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, the excavator must be returned within the 2000-hour warranty period. The refund will only be issued for defects in material and workmanship, and not for damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.

Ineligible Claims

We will not accept refund claims for:

·    Wrong use or operation of the excavator
·    Damage caused by external factors (e.g. accidents, natural disasters)
·    Normal wear and tear
·    Maintenance or repair costs

Refund Process

To initiate a refund claim, please contact our customer service team within the warranty period. We will guide you through the process and provide instructions on how to return the excavator.

Refund Amount

The refund amount will be determined by the remaining hours on the warranty, pro-rated from the original purchase price.

Exclusions

This refund policy only applies to engine, pump, and main parts. Other components, such as hydraulic hoses, filters, and other consumables, are not eligible for refund.
